Cindy Lou Smith

Cindy Lou Smith, 76, of Hannibal, NY, passed away peacefully on December 23, 2024, after a courageous battle with cancer. A devoted mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother, Cindy brought joy and created countless cherished memories for her family.

Known for her love of bingo and her warm, caring spirit, Cindy touched the lives of many and will be deeply missed by all who knew her.

She is survived by her loving partner, Emerson Haynes; her two sons, William and James Beach; her two daughters, Jackie Kingsley and Margaret Tyler; six beloved grandchildren: Ashley, Steven, Samantha, Shawn, Melinda, and Jacob; and 15 adored great-grandchildren.

A Celebration of Life will be held January 2nd from 5-8pm at Volney Fire Dept. Arrangements are entrusted to Foster Funeral Home.
