Obituary of Cameron M. Phillips November 13, 2015 Cameron M. Phillips, 58, of Fulton, passed away on Friday, November 13 at Pontiac Nursing Home in Oswego. He had worked for janitorial services before becoming disabled. Cam served in the U.S. Army Reserves from 1983-1991 and was a former member of the Gaucho’s Drum & Bugle Corps in Fulton. He was a musician with a great knowledge of music history and he enjoyed writing poetry. Surviving are his parents, Rolland and Barbara Pitcher Phillips of FL; siblings, Randall (Gale) Phillips of NC, Lynne (Greg) Steffens of FL, Lori Sands of FL and Paul (Kerrie) Phillips of Fulton; and many nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles and cousins. Calling hours are 12 p.m. to 1 p.m. Wednesday, November 18 at Foster Funeral Home, 910 Fay Street in Fulton with services at 1 p.m. Burial will be at St. Mary’s Cemetery in Fulton.
