Bruce A. Jones

Obituary of Bruce A. Jones August 9, 2016 Bruce A. Jones, 53, of Oswego, formerly of Fulton, passed away on Tuesday, August 9 at the VA Medical Center in Syracuse. He had worked as a licensed practical nurse through Nursecore of Syracuse and at A.L. Lee Memorial Hospital in Fulton. Bruce proudly served in the U.S. Marine Corps from 1984–1986 and was a volunteer at the VA Medical Center in Syracuse. He enjoyed camping and fishing. Bruce was predeceased by his parents, Victor and Lucia Jones. Surviving are his wife, Rebecca Doyle Jones of Oswego; a son, Kevin (Erin) Jones of Oswego; step-children, Brenda Doyle (Nate Merritt) of Oswego and Joseph Doyle (Isabella Frocione) of Syracuse; a grand-daughter, Emily Jones and step-grand-daughter, Hollie Doyle.
