Obituary of Bonnie Ann McNeil August 9, 2016 Bonnie A. McNeil, 63, of Fulton, passed away on Tuesday, August 9, 2016 at home surrounded by her family. She was born on August 19, 1952, in Syracuse, a daughter to the late William John Kay and Doris Amelia Elloitt. Bonnie enjoyed playing dice, cards, WWE Wrestling and Elvis. She was predeceased by her life companion, Robert Rathbun. She is survived by her caretakers, Jonathan Stoneman and Karli Dailey; special friends, Lynda Cornell and Alicia Allen as well as several other friends. A calling hour will be held on Monday, August 15 from 1 to 2 p.m. at Foster Funeral Home, 910 Fay Street, Fulton.
