Bonnie A. Fauler

Bonnie A. Fauler peacefully went to be with her Savior on Good Friday, April 18, 2025. She was predeceased by her beloved husband Joseph J. Fauler and her daughter-in-law, Saleta K. Morgan.

Bonnie leaves to cherish her memories, her children, Kenneth E. Gustafson, and Eric N. Gustafson with his wife, Jenny Gustafson (Miller); grandchildren, Rebecca Betancourt, Alissa Gustafson, Christianna Gustafson, Andrew Gustafson, Madison Morgan and Eva Gustafson; great-grandchildren, David, Dayleh, Dacey, Dalainey, Isabella, and Kamila who is still in the oven, and due in a few weeks.

Bonnie worked at Oswego County Opportunities group home for many years. She was a Certified Foster mom to 9 girls, many of them teenagers and one youngster. Bonnie and Joseph were dedicated foster parents to many children. Bonnie had many interesting hobbies; she was the sole proprietor of Joyful LadyBug Fashions, she Volunteered at Food Panty for years, sang at countless VFW events and local church gatherings including funerals and weddings. Bonnie was longtime member of Fulton Alliance Church, where she faithfully worshiped and participated in church life.

Bonnie had a voice that could fill a room, nearly every gospel song lives in the hearts of those who heard her sing. Her voice was powerful and beautiful, often requiring her to restrain herself to not overpower others during worship. Her love of music stretched across generations.

She was a fierce advocate for those in need. Her strength and presence could be intimidating, inspiring and comforting as she worked tirelessly within her community to connect people with the support they needed. Bonnie celebrated life in all its forms. Whether times were lean or plentiful, she gave thanks and found joy in every season with her boys, Ken and Eric.

Calling hours will be held on Monday, April 28, 2025, at Fulton Alliance Church, 1044 NY-48, Fulton, NY 13069 from 10am to 12pm with a celebration of life service to follow at 12pm. Burial will immediately follow in Mt. Adnah Cemetery where she will be laid to rest with her beloved husband, Joseph Fauler.
