Obituary of Bertha M. Engle May 10, 2015 Bertha M. “Bert” Engle, 86 of Fulton, passed away Sunday, May 10 at home surrounded by her loving family. Born in Liverpool, she had lived in Fulton for 65 years. Bert enjoyed bowling, rug hooking and gambling. She was a member of The Order of the Eastern Star for 68 years. Bert is survived by her husband of 66 years, Richard S. Engle of Fulton; a son, Richard J. (Theresa) of No. Syracuse; a daughter, Jo-Ann M. Heer of Fulton; two sisters, Esther (Ken) Sweet and Dorothy (John) Reiffenstein; four grandchildren, Jason Engle, Lyniea (Adam) Gardner, Laura (Brad) Miller, Bethany Engle; six great-grandchildren, Allyson, Jillian, Spencer, Shelby, Lincoln and Everly; nieces and nephews. Calling hours will be 4 to 7 p.m. Friday, May 15 at Foster Funeral Home, 910 Fay Street, Fulton. A graveside service will be 10 a.m. Saturday, May 16, located in Section 24 at Mt.
