Obituary of Antoinette A. Blair May 27, 2016 Antoinette A. Blair, 91, of Fulton, formerly of Sandy Creek, passed away on Friday, May 27 at Morningstar Care Center in Oswego. A native of Utica, she was one of eleven children to the late Stanley and Sophie Kondzielawa. Antoinette raised her family in Mexico and lived in Sandy Creek for many years before moving to Fulton in 2008. She retired in 1974 after working for 35 years as a government inspector at General Electric in Liverpool. Antoinette was a communicant of Holy Trinity Catholic Church in Fulton. She was predeceased by her husband, Victor G. Blair, Sr. who died November 7, 1999 and a daughter, Carlotta S. Blair, who died May 14, 1994. Surviving are a daughter, Sheila S. (Ray) Panek of Syracuse; a son, Victor G. (Theresa) Blair, Jr. of Oswego; a sister, Gladys Radley of Utica; seven grandchildren; 16 great grandchildren as well as several nieces and nephews. Calling hours are 4 to 7 p.m. Wednesday, June 1 at Foster Funeral Home, Inc., 910 Fay Street, Fulton. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated 11:00 a.m. Thursday, June 2 at Holy Trinity Church, corner of Rochester and South Third Streets, Fulton with burial at Holy Trinity Cemetery, 1500 Champlin Avenue, Utica.
