Obituary of Annette S. Hall Annette S. Hall, 60, of Oswego, passed away on Friday, February 18, 2022 at home. She was born in 1961, in Rochester, a daughter to the late Milton and Elaine Gillman Hinckley. Annette loved the Golden Girls, cats and camping. She was predeceased by her companion, James Bartlett and sister, JoAnne Hinckley. Annette is survived by her two children, Lance and Elaine Hall both of Oswego; one sister, Martha (Louis) Johnson; two brothers, Milton J. Hinckley, Jr. and Patrick (Evelyn) Hinckley as well as several nieces, nephews and cousins. Calling hours will be held from noon to 2 p.m. on Tuesday, March 1, 2022 at Foster Funeral Home, 910 Fay Street, Fulton, where a service will immediately follow at 2 p.m. Burial will be in Fairdale Rural Cemetery, Hannibal, in the spring.
