Obituary of Elizabeth A. Lucas February 11, 2017 Elizabeth A. Lucas, 64, of Fulton, passed away on Saturday, February 11, 2017 at home. Mrs. Lucas was the owner and operator of Liz’s Place and more in Fulton and formerly operated in Oswego. She enjoyed traveling, shopping and spending time with family and friends. She was predeceased by her husband, Jerry Lucas and parents Stewart and Dorothy Miller. There will be no calling hours or services. Burial will be in Mt. Adnah Cemetery, Fulton.
