Robert J. Breen, 81 of Fulton died Wednesday at Crouse Hospital in Syracuse. Born in Fulton he was a life resident. Robert and his late wife owned and operated We Kair Kennels in Fulton for over 25 years. He was an Air Force veteran serving in the Korean War. Robert was an avid RC boat and airplane builder. He was a member of Gaucho’s Drum and Bugle Corps. in Fulton. Robert was predeceased by his wife, Jean E. Breen who died August 1, 2000. Surviving: a daughter, Karen (David) Cloonan of Oswego; a son, Greg (Penny) Breen of Phoenix; companion of 8 years, Millie Swick of Fulton; 3 grandchildren, Tyler Morris, Ryan and Morgan Cloonan. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated 9:30 a.m. Saturday at Holy Trinity Catholic Church, 309 Buffalo Street, Fulton. Spring burial will be at St. Mary’s Cemetery, Fulton. Calling hours are 4 to 7 p.m. Friday at Foster Funeral Home, 910 Fay Street, Fulton
